This course is designed for users with at least 2 years of production experience in 3ds Max and is the pinnacle of visualization training. Students will learn an enormous number of highly advanced features and techniques not found in any other visualization course. Specifically, the course will present many F/X based techniques utilized in the entertainment industry and techniques that will add those ‘extra’ elements that make an ordinary visualization extraordinary. Complicated features such as Render to Texture, Unwrapping, Normal Mapping, and MAXScript, will become 2nd nature to students after this course. Towards the end of the course, students will learn post-production techniques used by major studios that can save countless hours in a project. Finally, students are presented a series of award winning videos and an in-depth explanation of how the projects were produced. This course requires an intermediate level of knowledge of 3ds Max. Covers 3ds Max 2011 with most support files provided in Max 2009 or earlier.
