System Requirements
The CGschool player is officially supported on Windows 2000, 2003, XP, Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8. While the player may work in virtualized environments (VMware Fusion, Parallels etc.) we do not support these environments and can not guarantee full functionality.
How do I view/authorize CGschool Videos?
The CGschool protects all video content with a Digital Rights Managed (DRM) system. In order to view our videos, you must install a license on your system before the video will play. Please follow these steps to install and view your video.
STEP 1: Dowload and install the CGschool Video player from the link above.
STEP 2: In the email you received from the CGschool, download your video files. These files are are in .HUP file format that can only be opened with the CGschool Video Player. If your video files are large, they may be provided to you in a spanned ZIP or RAR archive. If so, you will need to extract the HUP file from the archive using WinRAR or WinZIP.
STEP 3: Double click the video file (.HUP file format) and when prompted enter in the username and password provided in the email you received with your video download links.
STEP 4: On the license page, select the name of the video file license you wish to install and the license type.
Your license file can be installed a maximum of 5 times on no more than 3 unique computers. However, if you run out of licenses, simply contact us and we can make arrangements for you.
STEP 5: Once the license installs on your system your video will begin to play. You will not be prompted to install the license again unless you format your harddrive or try to view the video on a different machine.
