Cancellation/Refund Policy

Refunds for registration fees—less a $100 service fee— will be given for cancellation requests received in writing on or before 30 days before your class start date. No refunds will be made for cancellations received 30 days or less from your class start date. Written requests must be sent to the CGschool and postmarked on or before 30 days from the class start date.

Cancellations will not be accepted by phone. Credit card refunds will be processed immediately. CGschool reserves the right to cancel any training class if the minimum pre registration is not met. We recommend that students not make non-refundable hotel or flight bookings until 20-30 days before the class start date. If such a cancellation occurs, registration fees will be refunded automatically. The CGschool’s liability is limited only to the fees paid for the classes.

Policy Regarding Extraordinary Circumstances

Circumstances that could effect training classes provided by the CGshool could include emergency conditions resulting from acts of God, acts of war or terror or other acts of enemies, disaster, strikes, floods, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, or other emergencies or events beyond our control. In the event such emergency conditions should make it inadvisable, unsafe, illegal, or impossible to provide required accommodations and/or training facilities, hold the training, or travel to the school, we reserve the right to cancel the course(s) and all related activities. The CGschool and others involved in the conference disclaim liability for any personal injury or property damage that result not from their actions, but rather result from emergency conditions. In the event that any training-related meetings, classes, seminars, programs, tours, exhibits, receptions, gatherings, or other events or activities are cancelled or curtailed (whether due to emergency circumstances or otherwise), the following will apply: The CGschool will refund the money you paid for the course. They will not, however, be liable to you for any greater dollar amount, nor will they be liable for special, consequential, exemplary, or other damages.
